Mascara: The purpose and when do you throw away your mascara? Is it safe to wear?
Mascara opens up the eyes. It is safe to where as long as you don't poke yourself in the eyes.
If you have not used up all of your mascara in two months it is time to throw it away.
I have never had any mascara last that long for myself. I typically use it up before it's time to toss it.
